From I-540 (Outer Loop) East:
Exit 540 East at exit #11 for Six Forks Rd. At the end of the exit ramp, turn RIGHT into Six Forks Rd. South. Go about 4.65 miles, then turn LEFT into the North Forks Professional Center. #4822 is the very first building, and Suite 204 is on the second floor.
From I-540 (Outer Loop) West:
Exit 540 West at exit #11 for Six Forks Rd. At the end of the exit ramp, turn LEFT into Six Forks Rd. South. Go about 4.7 to 4.8 miles, then turn LEFT into the North Forks Professional Center. #4822 is the very first building, and Suite 204 is on the second floor.
From Millbrook Rd.:
Turn into Six Forks Rd. South (this could be a left turn or a right turn, depending on where you are on Millbrook.) Go 0.7 mile and turn LEFT into the North Forks Professional Center. #4822 is the very first building, and Suite 204 is on the second floor.
