Cold Laser Light Clearings (GRT)
Dr. Mark Trell is pleased to announce the addition of Gonzalez Rehabilitation Technique (GRT) to his practice. GRT is an amazing new technique designed to strengthen the nervous system by clearing interferences caused by the body's memory of old mental, emotional and/or physical injuries. Once cleared, it allows the muscles, vessels and organs that the particular nerve innervates to return to the normal state of EASE and HEALTH. Clearings occur in a matter of seconds, and the practice member can now heal from a position of strength, rather than weakness. Not only can GRT help heal the body, it is also a great tool for athletes who wish to increase their stamina and performance. GRT has been successfully utilized by some of the top professional and Olympic athletes.

Dr. Mark Trell is excited to offer private sessions in Contemporary Homeopathy. Contemporary Homeopathy is an all-natural approach to healing using time-tested combinations of remedies. The contemporary approach takes a combination of proven remedies that work for specific diseases and utilizes them in multiple strengths to reach deep into your nervous system, affecting change on the physical, physiological, and bioenergetic levels. For those of us who do not react well with medications or wish more wellness and health, these remedies may be your answer. Reiki, The Polarity Way
We are very honored to have Sophie Dangtran, Reiki Master facilitating Reiki, The Polarity Way sessions at Body Wisdom.

Sophie Dangtran practices Reiki, The Polarity Way, which synergistically combines Usui Reiki, Raku Kei Reiki, and Polarity Therapy principles to maximize your healing potential on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. It also assists in clearing energy patterns associated with your discomfort.
Hour sessions: $65To further enhance your healing between sessions, Sophie offers intuitively designed and one-of-a-kind Reiki+ jewelry. If you choose a Reiki+ session, you will receive a Reiki, The Polarity Way session, and Sophie will create a necklace or bracelet using semi-precious stones that your guidance has instructed her to make for you. This jewelry is charged with the highest healing energy to assist you in holding the energetic balance that you received during the session.

Therapeutic Massage
Carole Tascone is our in-house massage therapist. She offers several types of massage including deep tissue, swedish, foot reflexology and pregnancy massage. Massage is a wonderful way to alleviate stress, relieve painful or sore muscles, and helps flush the body of built-up waste products that can make you sore after vigorous exercise. Massage releases restrictions in muscles, joints, and the muscles' tough connective tissue coverings, freeing your body to return to a more natural posture. Carole can assist you in self-care techniques after your massage. This includes relaxing breathing exercises and gentle stretching to increase flexibility and teach your muscles more efficient movements.
Sessions: $65.00/full hour on the table and $90.00/hour and a half.

At Body Wisdom Chiropractic, we value detoxification and nutritional support as great tools for complete healing of various disorders, i.e. Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue.
